My husband and I have used them for our auto insurance so now that we are buying our first home we decided to call and see what they could do for us. When I called, Nicole answered and without having to transfer me anywhere else she was happy to get a quote for us. She called me back within 10 minutes with a quote, and we would actually be paying less for homeowners than we would on our renters insurance. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and she made me feel comfortable and answered all of them. I even called the office and no one answered, and received a call back within 5 minutes.
